Instructor JoAnn Strang, R.N., L.Ac., has been working in the fields of health care and physical training for over 25 years. Her experience includes 25 years as a martial artist and trainer, and 14 years in health care as an RN and licensed acupuncturist with a specialty treating sports injuries and chronic pain. Her special interest is in injury prevention through proper nutrition and exercise.
