Kiai Expo!

Our last event was the Kiai Expo, a day of health and self-defense classes for women and girls, including a strength & coordination class for girls, a mother-daughter self-defense class, a beginning class in safe rolling and falling, back strengthening and stretching, and more!

A free massage or acupuncture session was available .
